On March 22, 2025, Binh Thuan Plastics Group (BPG) – a leading player in the production and rental of plastic pallets in Vietnam – held a ceremony to announce the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors to strengthen the leadership team and drive the Group’s sustainable development strategy.
The event marks an important step in perfecting the governance structure of Binh Thuan Plastics Group, while reflecting BPG’s commitment to enhancing management capabilities and optimizing operational efficiency.

Mr. Hoang Duc Hung – Chairman of the BPG Audit Committee
Mr. Hoang Duc Hung joins the Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Plastics Group with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector. He has special expertise in auditing and corporate governance.

Prior to joining BPG, Mr. Hung held several important positions at prestigious organizations:
- Deputy General Director at PwC Vietnam (2016 – 2020)
- International Consultant – World Bank
- Audit Executive at EY Vietnam
Currently, Mr. Hung also holds the positions of:
- Chairman of the Board at CGS Vietnam
- Board Member at GENTIS
- Vice Chairman and Standing Committee Member of the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA)
- Chairman of the Institute of Internal Auditors Vietnam (IIA Vietnam)
With extensive expertise in financial management, Mr. Hoang Duc Hung will play a key role in enhancing transparency and improving governance at Binh Thuan Plastics Group, especially as BPG expands its market share in the plastic pallet manufacturing and rental industry.
Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh – Vice Chairman of the Strategy & Investment Committee of BPG
Along with the appointment of Mr. Hoang Duc Hung, Binh Thuan Plastics Group also welcomes Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh as Vice Chairman of the Strategy & Investment Committee.

Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh is a financial expert with many years of experience in banking and capital market development in Vietnam. He has diverse experience through positions such as:
- Secretary General of the Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA)
- Independent Board Member at many leading Vietnamese enterprises
- Deputy General Director of Sovico Group
- Chairman of HDCapital Fund Management Company
- Executive Director at VNDIRECT
With his expertise in capital markets and corporate finance, Mr. Do Ngoc Quynh is expected to make important contributions to strategic planning and investment expansion of Binh Thuan Plastics Group, especially in projects related to plastic pallet production and auxiliary plastics.
