In addition, the Fund also dedicates resources to promptly support employees facing difficulties, following the principle: “Being there when needed – Sharing in times of hardship.”
In the recent unexpected natural disaster, many employees’ families were affected and their daily lives were disrupted. Understanding the challenges and pressure they were facing, the BPG Smile Charity Fund, in collaboration with the Group, implemented a direct support program for 36 affected households, offering cash assistance ranging from 1 million to 5 million VND. The total value exceeded 140 million VND, approved from the Fund’s budget.
Although the material value may not be large, it represents heartfelt care and sincere sharing sent to each family. These practical gifts help employees stabilize their daily lives, overcome difficulties after the disaster, and continue their work with peace of mind. The spirit of “the good leaves protect the worn-out leaves” is thereby spread widely, reinforcing solidarity and connection within the BPG family.
