Hanoi, January 13, 2026 – Binh Thuan Plastics Group (BPG) and the BPG Smile Charity Fund held a meeting and working session with the Mobile Police Command as part of a coordinated program to implement a series of community-oriented charity activities in early 2026.
Attending the meeting on behalf of the Mobile Police Command were Lieutenant Colonel Doan Thanh Tu, Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Department; Senior Lieutenant Duong Hai Anh, Head of the Youth Committee of the Mobile Police Command; along with representatives of the Youth Committee and Women’s Committee of the Command. Representing Binh Thuan Plastics Group and the BPG Smile Charity Fund were Mr. Trinh Minh Anh, Senior Advisor to the BPG Board of Directors and Chairman of the BPG Smile Charity Fund, together with other relevant representatives.
Within the framework of the program, Binh Thuan Plastics Group and the BPG Smile Charity Fund, through the Mobile Police Command, donated social welfare solutions to disadvantaged households in the Central region of Vietnam, aiming to support livelihoods and gradually improve living conditions for local communities.
Mr. Trinh Minh Anh – Senior Advisor to the BPG Board of Directors and Chairman of the BPG Smile Charity Fund – stated:

At the event, the BPG Smile Charity Fund and Binh Thuan Plastics Group announced their support for people in the Central region through social welfare and environmental solutions, contributing to livelihood support and helping disadvantaged households gradually stabilize their lives, while also joining hands with the Mobile Police Command to spread positive, practical, and sustainable values to the community.
Specifically, the contributions include:
- 20 “Livelihood Chicken Coop” projects valued at VND 20 million, along with funding for the construction of a computer room worth VND 50 million, for the “Winter Volunteer Program – Spring Volunteer Campaign 2026” organized by the Mobile Police Command in Ha Tinh Province.
- 50 “Livelihood Chicken Coop” projects valued at over VND 50 million in support of the Quang Trung Campaign launched by the Prime Minister.
In addition, the Group and the Fund donated 50 waste bins to support environmental sanitation activities within the Mobile Police Command units.
Representatives of Binh Thuan Plastics Group and the BPG Smile Charity Fund also shared:
